Emergency Decon Solutions Ltd. (EDS) is Fort McMurray Wood Buffalo's trusted decontamination, disinfection, and deodorization solution.

EDS Ltd. Founder Anthony Punko has worked as a Firefighter and Primary Care Paramedic for over 24 years. Through this time, he experienced first hand the lack of cleaning providers for this type of special cleaning in our region. Our mission statement is to: Help reduce the increased health and safety risks all emergency responders are exposed to by education, training, having effective products, and by providing professional services to remove contaminates from the gear they wear, equipment and tools they use, and environments in which they work. Our services are effective and carry over to other industries and jobs including sports gear cleaning.

EDS Ltd. is a proud member of Northeastern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association, Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business, National Fire Protection Association, and the Alberta Industrial Fire and Emergency Management Association. Emergency Decon Solutions Ltd. is Indigenous owned and was started in 2020 by Anthony Punko, a Firefighter and Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) with over 24 years of experience.

We focus on reducing environmental impacts (including our carbon footprint) and build our own custom products when we know we can be more efficient. We are proud to be a Canadian supplier of Decon 7.
